Szymon Haniaczyk - born on 12.03.1979 in Zakopane, Poland. Graduated from the Opole University of Technology, College of Physical Education. Began refereeing in 2003. PLS Chicago official since 2005.
Marek Fracz - born on 07.04.1980 in Monki, Poland. Graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. Certified as Class 1 Regional referee in Poland. POZPS and IHSA official. It is his first year refereeing for PLS Chicago.
Lukasz Banys - born on 04.23.1978 in Nysa, Poland. Graduated from the Opole University of Technology, College of Physical Education. Began refereeing in 2002. PLS Chicago official since 2005.
Michal Ploskonka - born on 09.04.1980 in Zakopane, Poland. Graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Business. Began refereeing in 2002. PLS Chicago official since 2005.
